We want to make sure that our homes are safe and well maintained, so over the next year we will be continuing to invest heavily in meeting fire safety requirements.
We have been working to ensure we know all about our residents’ homes and the condition that they are in. This information will help us to prioritise the planned maintenance work we need to do and when we need to do it. As we have to focus more on our fire safety work, we have had to scale back on some of the planned maintenance work we’d planned to do over the next year to make sure we are prioritising the most urgent work.
This year our planned maintenance will focus on urgent:
- External repairs and decorations
- Windows and doors
- Safety related works to common area
If you’re waiting for a kitchen or bathroom upgrade, we’ll need to spread this work over future years and we’ll be in touch to let you know when we expect to be able to carry out the work in your home.
We have used your feedback and suggestions to improve our maintenance service and we want it to be the best service possible. We will still carry out emergency repairs, gas servicing, fire door replacements, testing and maintenance of emergency lighting, stairwell lights, and fire alarms in our communal areas. We will also be continuing our work to make sure all of the communal areas within blocks are safe as part of our ongoing commitment to the safety of our buildings and residents.
To see if there are any improvements due to your property this year, please enter your postcode below (for example NW1 or NW1 1BS) and then choose your address from the available addresses in the drop down list.
Planned maintenance items will be shown for both individual properties and block wide planned maintenance.
PLEASE NOTE: The published Planned Works Programme may change.
If you have any questions about work we’ll be carrying out on your home, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We ask for your postcode so that we can let you know whether there is any planned maintenance in your area.
