London South Bank University is offering free online digital skills training
until September 2022. It's being provided through an online platform (https://dagile.uk/
) and is open to anyone in employment in London

Free Customer Service and Employability training course
We’ve partnered with Dynamic Client Solutions (DCS) on a free training programme for residents which combines essential Customer Service skills and Employability training with invaluable 1-to-1 support. If you've been affected by the pandemic and are looking to secure a job in the current market, this new intensive course can help you do just that!
This free programme will equip you with essential, transferable skills and knowledge to ensure you deliver excellent customer service and are in the best possible position to secure the right job for you in your chosen sector.
The training will be delivered over two weeks starting from Monday 20 September to Friday 1 October from 10:30am to 2.30pm. The course is delivered online through a mix of interactive group training, self-study and 1-to-1 sessions.
Participants will gain two qualifications as a result of completing the training: the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service and the NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Employability. Participants who are on track to complete the qualifications during this training will also receive ongoing one-to-one employment support afterwards including job search support, mock interviews and career advice sessions.
