Retirement housing is for older people with proven care and support needs that cannot be met in their current home.
We provide three levels of retirement housing, depending on the level of residents' needs.
Our retirement housing in Barnet, Camden, Chelmsford and Stevenage offers comfortable living arrangements with a dedicated Scheme Manager on-site and a 24-hour emergency alarm system.
Sheltered Plus, is residential care in Barnet, for people with more advanced needs. It offers night support staff on-site, seven days a week, offering emergency assistance.
Our Extra Care scheme - located in Camden and aimed at Camden residents - offers 24-hour care to elderly people with high-level needs, such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
