These Dynamic Client Solutions courses involve interactive weekly online sessions over the course of 4 to 5 weeks which will be held with a course trainer on Zoom. You will have access to all learning resources online.

Starting a business (NCFE level certificate)

Time commitment: 5 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

If you’re looking to start your own business, or already have a business but want to develop and progress your business plan, this qualification will support you with the skills and knowledge you need. 


 Working in adult social care (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 5 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

In this course you will learn current approaches and procedures in adult social care such as efficient communication, the principles of personal development, and safeguarding.

Event planning (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This qualification aims to provide the skills necessary for planning events across a variety of sectors through workshops and the development of a portfolio.

  


Employability skills (Level 1 certificate)


Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This course will teach you the skills that are necessary for any working environment.

 

Digital skills for the workplace (Level 2 certificate)


Time commitment: 5 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week
Start date: Monday 14 September

This qualification enhances your digital literacy skills, supporting you within your current job role or giving the opportunity for progression into a role where digital skills are needed.
  


Digital skills for the workplace (Level 1 Introduction)

Time commitment: 5 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This course is designed to support your development with digital literacy skills, encouraging progression into roles where digital literacy is required. This course is ideal for someone who is not confident with the digital world and is new to many of the functions of a computer.

Team leading (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 5 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

You will learn how to communicate work-related information, resolve problems, develop working relationships with colleagues and you will be introduced to coaching and mentoring.

Principles of business administration (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This course can help improve and develop the skills needed to be an administrator in today’s world.

Employability skills (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

In this course, you will explore transferable skills needed for employment such as motivation, confidence, the right mindset to secure a job, effective interview techniques, mock virtual interviews and sustaining employment after the interview.
  


Data protection and data security (NCFE level 2 certificate)


Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

You will learn how to keep data safe and the consequences to an organisation as well as personal. 

 

Dementia care (Level 2 certificate)


Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

You will learn the different forms of dementia, how to support individuals through person-centred care, positive communication methods and issues around the use of medication.

 

Customer service in health and social care (Level 2)


Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This course will help learners develop positive working relationships with customers in a health and social care setting and how to use effective communication.

  

Business improvement techniques (Level 2 certificate)


Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This course helps you understand the necessity of business improvement techniques and strategies, and how to process these into your business seamlessly.
  


Principles of customer service (Level 2 certificate)


Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

You will learn the key features and principles in forming a customer service experience that will enhance a business.
