Our first priority and responsibility as a landlord is to provide you with a safe and healthy home.

If you are currently experiencing a problem with damp and mould please get in touch with us immediately. We take 
all reports seriously and are here to get the problem resolved for you. 

When you get in touch we will arrange for one of our surveyors to visit you at home. They will investigate the cause and  look at ways we may need to improve ventilation or heating and arrange for any necessary repairs if it is caused by a leak and if needed, give advice about helping to reduce condensation. 

If you have reported damp and mould to us before and it has come  back again, please get in touch immediately.

All homes are at risk of condensation, particularly through the winter months.

If you have excess condensation in your home, this can lead to problems such as mould growth, which can affect your health and the health of your home.

Small amounts of condensation are not usually a problem, and there are some everyday things we can all do to help prevent it.
