This scheme is being carried out by University College Hospitals London Charities who have set up a Special Purpose Vehicle for it’s delivery. Origin Housing will acquire a Lease of 14 affordable homes at completion, which are being built under a section 106 planning obligation.
The scheme is located in a prime location in Cleveland Street, Central London. The scheme consists of the refurbishment and alteration of some of the existing work- house buildings of the former Middlesex Hospital Annex as well as a new build development at the rear. The development provides 50 residential flats and 4535 sq metres of flexible commercial space.
Enabling works have started on site and the new build works will commence in Summer 2019, completion is anticipated September 2025.
