Women's History Month events

The Somers Town History Club have two exciting Women's History Month events coming up, showcasing how Somers Town is full of significant women and always has been!  Come along to learn something new about this amazing history. 

Tickets are free for locals - some older locals may remember the likes of Irene Barclay and the History Club would love to hear from those who do. Contact somerstownhistory@gmail.com for your free ticket.

Woman Pioneer: Irene Barclay
Wednesday 31 March at 6.30pm
The Irene Barclay #womenshistorymonth event is less than a week away. Guest speaker Carrie de Silva will review Irene’s exceptional work and life through archived photos, memories and voices.
