We would love your feedback as part of our Consumer Standards Resident Consultation

All Social Landlords are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing who set out the way in which we must deliver services. Every year, we review how effectively we’re working towards those standards and identify ways that we can continue to improve the service we provide residents with. An important part of this is consulting with residents to get their feedback on how we can continue to improve the way we work.

The survey contains seven questions and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
