We need your views on our Complains Booklet by 18 July

We have been working on a complaints booklet, to make sure we've got it right, we're asking for feedback so we can make sure it provides all the information that a resident may need about making a complaint.
 
We are always looking at ways we can improve our services to residents and Origin is genuinely interested in your views and would appreciate your feedback.
