We Are Ageing Better is a project we deliver in St Pancras and Somers Town with Ageing Better in Camden. The project brings people together to share skills and experiences, and create change in the community. It is open to everyone over 60 in St Pancras and Somers Town.

Wednesday 8 January 1pm – 3pm, Buddhism exhibition, free

We are very lucky to have a limited number of free tickets to this. Explore rare treasures from the Library's Buddhism collection spanning 2,000 years and 20 countries. Please book with Jess.

Thursday 23 January 11:30am – 12:30pm, tour of Play Well Exhibition, free

Meet at The Wellcome Collection, 183 Euston Road, NW1 2BE

Play Well explores how play transforms both childhood and society and is vital to our emotional and physical wellbeing. Join us for a 30 minute guided talk of the exhibition followed by a cup of tea. Please book for Jess
