Tenancy fraud is not a victimless crime – our key amnesty is your chance to put things right

We've launched a campaign to ensure the people most in need aren’t denied the opportunity for a home as a result of tenancy fraud.

Our key amnesty is the chance for anyone committing tenancy fraud to hand in the keys to your Origin home, with no questions asked or any fear of legal action relating to the tenancy fraud.
There are lots of families in need of a home and it’s both unfair and illegal to keep a property you aren’t living in or entitled to.

During the key amnesty you’ll be able to return the keys to an Origin home at our Eversholt Street Office, St Richards House, 110 Eversholt Street, NW1 1BS between 14 August and 29 September. All you'll need to do is fill in a quick form and hand in your keys to avoid any investigation or risk prosecution for tenancy fraud.
