Our summer events

The events were held in Camden, Edmonton and Harrow and organised by the Resident and Community Engagement Team.

There was food, face painting, balloon modelling, arts and crafts, a bouncy castle, garden games, as well as an opportunity to talk to staff from different teams, including Neighbourhood, Income, Repairs and Care and Support.

We had 32 issues reported and logged by our Maintenance team and Customer Relations Officers, which staff will be following up on and ensuring the outcomes are fed back to the reporting residents.

We were also lucky to have two of our Spotlight Panel members Christian and Nickie, join us at two of the events to support the Resident and Community Engagement stall and share the advantages of getting involved at Origin. They had a very enjoyable time, commenting on how well organised it was and also giving them a great opportunity to talk to other residents.
 
All residents got a goody bag when they arrived and were given the opportunity to take part in a consultation about our service standards and in Edmonton a consultation on a new park being installed.  
 
The feedback we received from all three events was that residents had a great time and they are looking forward to the next one!
