New chatbot features

We have now closed our Self-Service Portal (SSP) and updated our chatbot so that you can ask more advanced questions and get the help and information you need. You can now use the OriginBot to find out:
  • Your account balance via email or SMS. This will be up to date as of the last 24 hours.
  • What your latest payment was - the amount and the date it was received. This will be up to date as of the last 24 hours.
  • What the last repair you raised was- the job description, status, contractor, reported date and target date. This will be up to date as of the last 10 minutes.
  • What the last communal repair you raised was- the job description, the status, contractor, reported date and target date. This will be up to date as of the last 10 minutes.
You also now have the ability to look up a specific repair job by job number. You can look up the job description, the status, contractor, reported date and target date, as recent as the last 10 minutes.
