We have vacancies available on our next Scrutiny task and finish group which will be focused on complaints. The scrutiny group involves residents working together to look at our complaints process and identify how we can make it an easier, improved experience for residents. You will be supported by the Community Development team throughout the scrutiny process.

If you’ve gone through our complaints process before, you’ll be perfect for a role on this scrutiny panel.

This opportunity will be great for your CV and by attending the meetings, we will reward you with a £50 shopping gift card!*

*All we ask is to attend minimum of 3 meetings. The meetings are on Zoom at the moment.
