Congratulations to John Gallo and Arturo De Paola on their recent achievements

John Gallo, our Technical Fire Surveyor, has recently achieved Institute of Fire Safety Managers Tier 3 Qualification.
It’s fantastic to have one of 150 of so level three assessors in the UK working with us, sharing the skills and knowledge with colleagues to ensure our approach to fire safety across the business is at the top level. Johns work will help ensure we are in line with all current legislatory requirements and, importantly, working to a higher level when it comes to current best practices within both the HA and Fire safety Sectors.
John Morro, Design Quality and Technical Manager is really pleased with this work: “It is even more important now that we highlight the stance we are taking as an organisation on Fire Safety, especially when it comes to new build development and asset management responsibilities. Ultimately this can only benefit the Association in what are very challenging times and as your Manager I am both proud and grateful for your achievements and ongoing support to our service.”
Arturo DePaola, our Senior Building Fire Surveyor, has become a Chartered Member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
This is a prestigious professional qualification and demonstrates to clients highest professional and ethical standards. Arturo has been part of the Building Safety team for 18 months and has made significant improvements to the safety of our residents in their homes. This is a fantastic achievement for Arturo and for Origin and endorses his commitment for high performance and professionalism. I am extremely proud and humbled to have Arturo working with us and this well deserved accolade reinforces the positive approach we are taking into developing staff to meet our changing legislative landscape.
