Did you study or work at the old Maria Fidelis school at Starcross?

Sommers Town Museum would love to hear from you as they are gathering memories for a heritage trail at the old Euston site.

PEOPLE'S MUSEUM 2023

The museum will be open Wednesday to Friday with some Saturdays from 11- 5.30pm.

Join in for tea and a warm space from 11am.

Facing huge development, it’s important to preserve the character of this area of London and benefit its communities.

The People’s Museum is uniquely local resident + community-led, tells important social histories and records a changing present, and campaigns to preserve working class heritage.

What else?

LIBRARY - See their collection of films & books about local histories, housing and slum clearance.

FREE WARM SPACE  - They are a free space for the local community to be. Memory Cafe Thursdays with free tea+ biscuits.

PUBLICATIONS - ‘Spirit!; ‘100 years of Social Housing’,’Journeys - histories of migrations’; childrens’ ‘Fantastic Tales of St Pancras’ & coming soon: Lost/Found Exhibition guide.

EDUCATION + EVENTS - They host school groups, kid's quizzes, and run zine projects.

RADICAL SCREEN PRINTING sessions.
