We're a Best Companies One Star organisation!

Best Companies are workplace engagement specialists, they help organisations like Origin become better places to work by measuring, improving, and recognising engagement.

They have a massive engagement data set which features some of the UK’s best-known employers, allowing their clients to see how they compare against peers and competitors.

The Best Companies survey helps organisations understand how their employees think and feel about their work. Their tools reveal engagement challenges and highlights opportunities for improvement.

The survey invites employees to say how they feel about various aspects of their working lives by scoring a series of statements on a scale of ‘Strongly Disagree’ to ‘Strongly Agree’.

The confidential survey questions things like leadership, wellbeing, pay and other factors. The questions are based on the eight factors of engagement, which are Leadership, My Manager, My Company, My Team, Wellbeing, Fair deal, Giving Something Back and Personal Growth.
