Employment and Wellbeing Coaching sessions available online
We know that now more than ever you may be feeling worried about the future, that's why we have teamed up with an experienced coach to deliver sessions starting in November. We offer support, helping you to build resilience and skills to help manage the current situation caused by COVID-19.
Coaching is a confidential, collaborative, thought-provoking and creative process that inspires and supports you to maximise your personal and professional potential. People come to coaching when there is a difference between their current situation and their desired situation, between what they have and what they want.
The aim of the sessions are to help you progress into work, increase your confidence and get on track to find a job you’re interested in. Coaching sessions are provided over the phone, via Whatsapp or online; so you can plan for the future without having to leave your home.
Who is it for?
The sessions are available to all Origin Housing residents and would be really useful for you if you’re struggling to adjust to recent unemployment or if you’re worried about finding another job in the current climate.

Two free 60 minute 1 to 1 coaching sessions with a qualified coach
Help with identifying your personal strengths and areas for development
Help with strengthening your motivation to take action reaching your employment goals
Support with creating an action plan identifying what steps/action you can take to move toward achieving your personal goals.
