Hertfordshire County Council’s review of our Complex Needs Services

We’ve just had a Remote Quality Monitoring Review of all of our Complex Needs services in Hertfordshire by Hertfordshire County Council. Comments from the report noted that we are providing an overall good service and have good Infection Protection and Control measures.

We’re very proud to have received an overall indicative quality score of Good for our Hertfordshire Complex Needs services. This continues to show the hard work being put in by our Care and Support colleagues who work tirelessly to support our residents and service users.
