We've been shortlisted for two First Time Buyer Reader Awards!

We’re thrilled and honoured to have been shortlisted for two First Time Buyer Awards this year.

Firstly, we've been shortlisted for the Affordable Housing Provider of the Year which is a huge honour. We’ve also been recognised under the ‘Best Partnership’ category for our joint venture partnership with housebuilder Hill. This partnership has delivered several developments including our second joint venture Harrow One (pictured below) which houses a collection of 54 Shared Ownership apartments, 27 affordable rent apartments and 119 homes for outright sale.


Harrow One has completely transformed a formerly disused area, which previously housed an abandoned hotel and warehouses and attracted antisocial behaviour. Alongside the high-quality first-time buyer homes, the project creates a public plaza complete with a retail unit, next to Harrow’s shopping area. The scheme also includes the Victoria Hall for a local church, a community hub designed to provide a welcome space where members of the church community and other local residents can gather, learn and celebrate together.
