NEQ Community Room

This is a room for residents and community groups to use for smaller gatherings and events. This is a smaller meeting room based on the first floor of a residential building at 175 Drummond St, Euston, NW1. It has capacity for up to 20 people, with a small kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, and kettle.

There are currently 17 chairs and 3 large tables which would suit meetings or training. There is a single disabled toilet.

Access is by arrangement with the venue host as there is a secure door entry system. There is a lift to the first floor, and the room has a striking skylight reflecting the unusual architecture above.

Parking is not available at this site, and is strictly monitored in the local streets.
 

How much does it cost?

The charge is £20 per hour, or £10 per hour for community groups, local charities or Origin residents.

If you are eligible for the discounted rate, please complete this form, and we will create a discounted booking account for you.

A £50 deposit is required, and is refunded after your booking if the hall was left in good condition. We will be in touch the week before your booking to take the deposit payment.
