Private lettings

We have properties across London, Hertfordshire and Stevenage which are available to rent at the going market rate. To rent one of these properties, you will go through the same process as if you were renting from a private landlord. 

To be accepted as a tenant for one of these properties, you will to need meet the following criteria:

• you must be employed or self-employed,
• you must have enough money to pay four weeks' deposit and at least one months rent in advance,
• you must have satisfactory references.
