Our Annual Self-Assessment

As a member landlord to The Housing Ombudsman Scheme, we must comply with the Ombudsman’s Statutory Complaint Handling Code “the Code”.  We are required to assess against the Code and ensure policies and practices comply with the Code at least annually.

Our self-assessments must be completed annually and submitted to the Ombudsman. However, we are also expected to review and make changes to our complaints policy or processes more frequently, such as in the event of significant organisational restructures or in response to an order by the Ombudsman.
